Revocation Instruction

The consumer is entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision, where a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal act for purposes that cannot be primarily attributed to his commercial or independent professional activity.

WITHDRAWAL INSTRUCTION 
1. The right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has received or has received the last goods.

Because we work with a fully automated system, orders are initiated immediately after placing the order. We can therefore not interrupt the shipping process until delivery, therefore a refund for receiving the goods is not possible.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SE Paros UG) of your decision to abandon this agreement by means of a clear statement (for example via e-mail). The cancellation is then complete when we have received the physical goods. The costs for returning the goods are for the account of the buyer. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unterer Sand 1, 94032 Passau, BY, Germany
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 


2. Withdrawal for items in transit
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, a revocation is not possible. Wait until you have received the goods and send them back to us. Of course you can inform us in advance about your cancellation.

To guarantee you a return as quickly as possible, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Early repayment is possible at the earliest 16 weeks after receipt of the order if the goods are not received.

3. Consequences of the withdrawal
If you revoke this agreement, we will immediately process all payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us) and no later than fourteen days after the date on which we are notified of your cancellation of this agreement and the physical goods. For such a refund, we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and under no circumstances will you be charged for such a refund.

 

4.  Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
