The consumer is entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision, where a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal act for purposes that cannot be primarily attributed to his commercial or independent professional activity.
If an item isn’t the perfect match for your home, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the buyer must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a clear statement to exercise his right, where we will provide the buyer with instructions and the address to return the product. The cancellation is then complete when we have received the physical goods. The costs for returning the goods are for the account of the buyer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2) Restocking fee
Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
21Nomads does not cover the cost for return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return which will take 2-3 business days.
3) Damaged or Defective Items
We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will issue you a brand new item once we confirm the item was defective. Please email us at email@example.com
We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date.
4) Withdrawal for items in transit
Since our goods are partly shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, a revocation is not possible. Wait until you have received the goods and send them back to us. Of course you can inform us in advance about your cancellation.
To guarantee you a return as quickly as possible, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
Early repayment is possible at the earliest 16 weeks after receipt of the order if the goods are not received.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
