Shipping Policy

All important information about the shipment at a glance:

1. Processing and production time until shipment

Please note the following times for the processing and production of your order up to the time of shipment. Products will usually take within 1-5 business days to be processed. In very rare occasions orders may take up to 10 business days to be processed.


2. Shipping information and times:

Orders with shipping address in United States
Our products, such as the Tracking Tripod, is shipped from the United States but also from China. Orders with a shipping address in the United States, generally take 4 - 7 business days from the time they are sent to arrive, as they are shipped from the United States warehouse. Those products are displaying this shipping information before checkout on the product page. In total, from the moment an order has been placed until it successfully arrives at the customer's given address, it may take up to 17 business days. This includes processing time as well as shipping time.

Orders with shipping address outside of the United States
Orders with a shipping address outside of the United States may take between 12 - 49 business days from the time they are sent to arrive. This depends on the country of the shipping address the customer has provided. In total, from the moment an order has been placed until it successfully arrives at the customer's given address, it may take up to 59 business days. This includes processing time as well as shipping time. 


Tracking / tracking number: You will receive your tracking number immediately after production.

The tracking number takes about 3-10 days to display a status on the tracking page, since the numbers were already included in the system during the preparation of the shipment.

3. Customs and Duties

Additional costs may be incurred for all deliveries in individual cases for which the seller is not responsible and which are for the account of the customer. This includes incidental customs duties or sales tax on import, as the goods are normally shipped from China with an exception of orders with a shipping address in the United States. These orders are shipped from the United States warehouse and are not subject to customs and duties. Whether or not customs duties have to be paid for a product must be clarified with our customer service at info@twentyonenomads.com before ordering. Customs duties or sales tax on importation are not for twentyonenomads account, but for the account of the buyer. Please visit your country's official website which displays information regarding the duty or sales tax applicable for the import of products from China. As such, import duty may vary depending on the product. Most countries have a generous duty-free allowance.
