Position: People Operations Assistant (HR Department)

Step into the role of People Operations Assistant at 21Nomads, where you'll bolster our HR division by handling both administrative and organizational tasks. This role offers a deep dive into the intricate world of HR from start to finish. Alongside your team, you'll act as the first point of contact, addressing a wide range of inquiries from our staff. There's flexibility in this role to be full-time or part-time, based on preference.
- Facilitate various HR operational tasks.
- Oversee and update employee records, assist in formulating employment agreements, issue certifications, and draft job references.
- Oversee the initiation and culmination of onboarding and offboarding sequences.
- Act as the go-to contact for different personnel groups.
- Manage specific HR tasks and spearhead individual projects, such as analyzing survey feedback and enhancing our HR database system.
What We're Looking For:
